Sadhguru's Yoga offering during the COVID-19 pandemic

Yoga has been recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) [1] and the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) [2] as part of the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Sadhguru offers specific Yoga practices to help us through these unusually challenging times. He is offering these practices entirely free of cost, for the benefit of humanity. 

In addition, the Inner Engineering Online programme is being offered entirely free of cost to Health Professionals and the Police (India only) and at half price to the public, till the end of May. (Scroll down for registration link)

Who is Sadhguru?

Sadhguru is an Indian Yogi and mystic, estimated to have touched the lives of 1 billion people worldwide. He is considered among India’s 50 most influential people. A sought after speaker and advisor by leaders worldwide - the UN, International Organizations, leading businesses and universities and the World Economic Forum, amongst others.  He is the only Yogi to date to have led International Day of Yoga events both at the United Nations, New York and the United Nations, Geneva.

 

Sadhguru works closely with the Indian Government over a broad area of matters including the environment and education. He has been conferred the “Padma Vibhushan” by the Government of India, the highest civilian award, accorded for exceptional and distinguished service.

 

Sadhguru was one of the selected group of spiritual and religious leaders convened for a conference call with Prime Minister Modi re COVID-19 on March 30th.

How can I learn advanced practices?

Advanced Isha Hatha Yoga practices need to be taught live, from a trained teacher. Once the situation permits, live group classes will be scheduled. Programmes in the Geneva region will be published on the Upcoming Programmes page.
