Yoga has been recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO)  and the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)  as part of the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Sadhguru offers specific Yoga practices to help us through these unusually challenging times. He is offering these practices entirely free of cost, for the benefit of humanity.

Separately, click on the Yoga Yoga Yogeshwaraya and learn the mantra. The first 3 times, you will repeat after Sadhguru. After that, you can chant along with Sadhguru.
