MahaShivRatri 2019

"It is my wish and my blessing that you make use of this Mahashivaratri night to enhance your perception, to have a taste of a larger slice of life." – Sadhguru

ONCE A YEAR OPPORTUNITY!

Mahashivratri, one of the largest and most significant among the sacred festival nights of India, celebrates the Grace of Shiva, the Adiyogi, from whom yogic sciences originate.

The planetary positions on this night are such that there is a powerful natural upsurge of energy in the human system. It is enormously beneficial for one’s physical and spiritual wellbeing to stay awake and aware in a vertical position throughout the night.

We invite you to join with us and celebrate in Pully, near Lausanne, Switzerland, on March 4th, and even spend a few days focused on self-transformation during the period 2-10th March. Venue address: Chemin du Stand 5, 1009 Pully, Switzerland

The evening will comprise of yoga processes, music, powerful meditations with Sadhguru and a live performance by acclaimed Bharatanatyam classical dancer, Purnima Venkatesh (www.purnimadance.com)

Entrance by donation, to cover organizational expenses. (Suggested donation between 15-40 francs/pp. Children are free)

Light refreshments will be available.

If you would like to stay the night, a limited number of beds are available. We need to charge a nominal amount for the beds.

Retreat: Yoga Programmes

Between 2nd to 10th March, we offer you the opportunity to join us in a residential retreat. There are 3 ways to get involved:

  • Sadhana (Pay for your accommodation and meals.) Use the space for your own practices and enjoy time in nature
  • Volunteer (We offer free accommodation.) You will discover that when you consider everyone’s wellbeing above your own, your experience of the yoga practices and the entire retreat can be transformational.
  • Join a yoga programme - a wide array of programmes is on offer

These practices are geared to align your system to the celestial geometry. Being in sync with existence will naturally create a chemistry for health, joy, blissfulness, and above all, balance. It will also revitalize the body on all levels and enhance your energy system. You can very easily integrate these practices into your daily routine.

Please find below a description of the different programmes being offered at the retreat. Please note that only the weekend programmes are suitable for children. Ladies who are pregnant or trying to conceive, please consult us before registering.
