We offered 4 mini programmes in one day and raised over 300chf for Isha Vidhya!


Yoga for Children

10-11.30am

A fun yoga class for 7-12 year olds. Gift your child the power to create health, joy and intelligence from within.

Yoga for Fitness

12.30-2pm

Gift yourself a body that won't be a hurdle in your life but something that can enable you to fulfill your dreams - whatever your dreams are!


Yoga for Spinal Health

3-4.30pm

Gift yourself:

Yoga for Inner Balance

5.30 - 7pm

Gift yourself the freedom to be joyful and enthusiastic, whatever situation you are put in. Discover how to create a cocoon of your own energy that no-one can disturb.

Nestled in among the trees at the edge of a small forest, and opposite some allotments, you will find a highly energised space for transformation. 

 

By public transport, you can come to stop "Machéry" by bus 20, which goes from Place Neuve past the train station and Nations, and stops 3 minutes' walk away. Bus 53 is another option.  

 

If you're coming by car, please don't just set yor GPS for chemin du joli-bois 3, as you need to follow the green arrow on the map below, down chemin de Machéry, to arrive via the car park.

 

Please allow a little extra time on your first visit, to ensure we can start the programme on time. You may come to the venue up to 30 minutes before the start of the session, and just allow your system to settle. 

 

The main doors (the building is marked Geneva Squash Club) will be open. The building has changing rooms and showers. It is receommended to take a cool shower before practicing yoga, so please take advantage of the facilities :) The yoga room is upstairs.

Note - how to prepare

Please come to the sessions on empty stomach condition:

 

Adults' Empty Stomach Condition (Age 14 yrs and above)

Full Meal: 4 hours

Snack: 2.5 hours

Beverage (e.g. tea, coffee, juice, milk) : 1.5 hours

 

Children's Empty Stomach Condition (Age 13 yrs and below)

Full Meal: 2.5 hours

Snack: 1.5 hours

Beverage: 1 hour
